Notice that I did not receive a promotion to write this review and I will say honestly that these are gross. GROSS. Not as gross as the immunity ones but still gross. And the addition of iron makes them dangerous to have around any home with children. Although I guess kids wouldn't actually eat these because they are...gross.

I cannot tell you how many different fiber supplements and vitamins I tried but nothing seemed to help. I kept seeing all the TikTok's about Gruns and figured why not give it a try. Not going to lie I was skeptical. But let me tell you I'm not any more! They work! Like really really work! It took about two weeks but I'm no longer bloated and the best part… I'm regular. Yeah we don't like talking about that stuff but those who are on GLPs know exactly what I mean. My only negative is that I wish I would have tried them sooner. They are simple and easy to take and honestly I don't mind the taste at all. I have more energy and actually am sleeping better too. I highly recommend them!

When I originally started ordering them, they came dry and separated. I feel like it does change the taste a little. I'm not sure if they are sitting in a hot warehouse or something, but I'm not loving the stuck together stickiness.
