If flatulence had a taste it would be these. Specifically broccoli flatulence . I had to plug my nose to be able to finish and swallow it. Then the flatulence after taste happened again. I've turned a friend onto them who doesn't do vegetables at all and she's thoroughly enjoying them. I like the convenience of them. And then not being like a little treat.

When looking at them i always saw the label with 8g of sugar so that turned me off. Then i was talking to a coworker and she told me they had sugar free and i was PUMPED. She actually gave me a whole month's worth to try because they loved them so much. I'm not a huge fan of gummies but i will eat these daily for all the benefits that come with them. I feel so much better and it's the only thing i have found that helps me and after struggling for a year and a half. To say I'm feeling blessed is an understatement.

I'm giving it a 4 star bc it will most definitely help you if you're “not regular”…I don't have that problem but will say my schedule now has changed to a couple hours after eating Gruns. Minus 1 star for the taste of the sugar free ones - they're a bit grainy/chalky. I aim to provide updates based on long term health goals.
