So I scoured the internet and Gruns just kept popping up. I am so gung ho in getting in my vitamins so that I don't lose my hair, or muscle or suffer any other possible side effects that I wanted something real and helpful. Well- I found it. I have taken all but 9 days consecutively and it has helped regulate me so well that I don't suffer the pain of constipation. I feel as if I'm more protected and really happy to continue my journey with gruns!!!
