They’re an easy and convenient way to add extra greens and nutrients into my daily routine without having to make shakes or take multiple supplements. The taste is surprisingly good — not overly sweet or artificial — and they’re simple to take on busy days. After taking them consistently, I’ve noticed better energy and just an overall feeling of wellness. I also appreciate that they include a variety of vitamins, minerals, and plant-based ingredients in one product.
