I usually only use chicken broth in my cooking but the beef flavor made me experiment with some new recipes. I used it to make a delicious French Onion Soup from scratch. The broth was flavorful and not very salty so I was able to add more salt if I felt it necessary. Great beef flavor. So easy to use. And easier than making your own stock! The soup turned out amazing. I would absolutely use this broth again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you, Influenster! I used the broth for my dinner dish: fried up some beef strips, sautéed onions, garlic & green peppers. Added some beef broth with ginger, soy sauce, chili oil and brown sugar. Brought it to a boil, simmered, added beef strips. After cooking for 8 minutes, added the onion, garlic and peppers. Added snap peas. Served with white rice. DELICIOUS!

I used the Swanson Beef Broth in a rice vegetable bake that has rice, water chestnuts, celery, onions, carrots, black pepper, soy sauce and some herbs. Instead of water like people often use with rice dishes, I love using beef broth in this dish since it makes it super tasty and gives it that savory umami rich depth of flavor that makes it more delicious than a typical rice and vegetable dish.
