This beef broth by itself doesn’t taste quite good, it’s clear, smoky and bitter. But you definitely can tell that it comes from real beef and it simmered really good. I used mine to make my Japanese beef shirataki noodle soup. After combining it with few spices, the bitter taste from the broth is gone and became very tasty, rich and flavorful. The beef both and the spice, blended really well and it doesn’t make the taste weird. This is very convenient and you don’t have to spend hours making tasty and flavorful broth.
