I usually only use chicken broth in my cooking but the beef flavor made me experiment with some new recipes. I used it to make a delicious French Onion Soup from scratch. The broth was flavorful and not very salty so I was able to add more salt if I felt it necessary. Great beef flavor. So easy to use. And easier than making your own stock! The soup turned out amazing. I would absolutely use this broth again.

I love Swanson and I love the organic brands that makes me have a piece of my knowing that what's in it isn't bad for you I know organic doesn't always mean it's good because of the labels and everything but there's no pesticides and it's locally grown

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed making dinner with the Swanson beef broth! This was my first time cooking with beef broth. I like that it uses 100% natural beef broth with no msg added, no preservatives, and gluten free. I would recommend to others!

Has a little bit of an artificial beef flavor. I'd really only give this to my dog. It's a decent stock for the price point, but I personally prefer to make my own beef stock because of the particularity of red meats. Works best in large soup-based dishes.

I received the beef broth and made barbacoa tacos in our crockpot. I have a 3 month old and we are constantly hosting family. This broth adds to the flavor and makes the meal that much easier.

This beef broth by itself doesn’t taste quite good, it’s clear, smoky and bitter. But you definitely can tell that it comes from real beef and it simmered really good. I used mine to make my Japanese beef shirataki noodle soup. After combining it with few spices, the bitter taste from the broth is gone and became very tasty, rich and flavorful. The beef both and the spice, blended really well and it doesn’t make the taste weird. This is very convenient and you don’t have to spend hours making tasty and flavorful broth. It gave the soup a nice savory flavor without being too salty. This amount is good for making a large stew in a slow cooker, otherwise I feel like there would be too much leftover if you just used it to flavor whatever you are sautéing and you only get 14 days after opening to use it.
