I had made some homemade Roman noodles and used some steak I cut up as the meat and eggs some veggies. This broth pair beautifully with it. The kids absolutely loved it, which truly matters.

I used it in a vegetable beef soup that I was making instead of using beef bouillon and I definitely prerred this over the bouillon. The beef flavor was more prominent and it enhanced the flavors of the vegetables nicely. Made it a cleaner, more robust tasting soup.

The size given to us had about 4 cups of broth so just enough for the meal plus I was able to save some. Perfect screw top for storing. The both wasn’t overly salty and it was just great.
