Has good support, yet is very comfy for my 21 month old grandson. He falls asleep quickly and sleeps contentedly through the night. My one dislike is that it's not as thick as I'd hoped - more like 4 1/2", so crib sheets don't tend to stay smooth and tight, but since he's not a newborn it's not really too bad - just annoys me!

It is super lightweight. I read a lot of their review before I bought them. They said this is safe for the baby (the baby can breathe). Soft. After 2 years, the quality is still good. The price is cheaper than the other brands, too. I just bought the second mattress. As you see in my picture, it looks light and small. Easy to buy, easy to bring it home!

I am so glad I researched and read the reviews about this mattress before buying it. What others have said about the inner linings having fiberglass is 100% accurate! Just removing the cover made me itch so I can only imagine how irritated my 2 year old would have been had I not known ahead of time what to look for and eliminate. I went into this purchase with the plan to remove all the covers and just use the foam (like our Lucid foam mattress). I did buy a separate waterproof mattress pad to cover it though. The initial cotton cover zips, but the two inner liners I cut with scissors and peeled off - still got some fiberglass shards on the mattress from handling the liner so I flipped the mattress over before adding the separate waterproof pad. The foam mattress itself is wonderful! My daughter had been waking up earlier than usual and upset and the past few nights sleeping on this mattress she has been waking at her usual wake up time and even a little later! It came securely packaged in a box and when I unrolled it, it filled out almost immediately. No issues there. The pictures are of what the mattress looks like after the liners and cover have been removed. If it weren't for the hassle of needing to remove the liners, being itchy and purchasing a separate waterproof pad, I would have given it 5 stars.

It comes with a "fire safe" cover. Do not use it! It had fiberglass-like fibers that contaminated our sheets, carpeting and caused my daughter a cough that would never go away (until we switched mattresses). The fibers were nearly invisible, but sparkle in bright light. I only noticed them when we decided her sleep issues might be linked to this mattress. So we took it off and had it on the floor for reading time. We all got incredible itchy. We looked at the blankets that were on the mattress with a bright light after noticing some twinkly fibers floating in the air, and they were covered with these super thin fibers! They would connect like a web. I couldn't even grab them with tweezers. I had to use a lint roller to remove the fibers before and after multiple washes and a carpet cleaning. Super creepy!! I kept the cover as proof, it looks like a hedgehog, with prickly little fibers protruding out. They don't just stay put, they actually move through sheets and fabric. In addition, the mattress never flattened out completely because the crib sheets are so tight, they pulled it into an arc and it never went fully flat even though I followed instructions and let it settle for a few days. I had higher expectations from this brand since we trusted them for so many other products.

I love that the cover is washable and that all of his sheets fit easily onto it. It feels so comfortable for baby to sleep on and we are glad that he can use this when he’s a toddler too. It is a good value and I will be recommending it to my friends and family!

Just received this mattress today from ordering online and I absolutely love it! Bought it for my son. Assembly was easy! Says 48 hours for it to expand but it only took about 4 hours for mine to expand. The perfect foam mattress! Not those type of loud plastic waterproof cover! More of the lighter weight and less snorting cover. It also come with a fire barrier cover.

My twin girls were previously on a plastic mattress and the quality cannot even compare. Their bed went from feeling like a box to a plush and comfy bed. I am very pleased with these mattresses especially because they come with a zipped cover that you can wash!

I can't get past the smell. Even after a week of "airing out," the chemically smell is almost nauseating (to this prego mom to be with super sense of smell anyway) and I cannot imagine putting my newborn baby on it. Also, unhappy with the "bunching" of material with the two zippered cases it requires, let alone adding another mattress pad and fitted sheet. I will be returning.

I purchased this because our out-of-state granddaughter is a finicky sleeper- pack n plays are not for her! Her visit at Christmas was traumatizing for everyone as she cried EVERY night. Easter went much better. She did great- slept all night. -every night.

Allow 48 hours for this mattress to expand to it full size. Fluff like you would a pillow if there are areas that don’t seem to expand like it should have. At only 10 pounds the mattress is very easy to move around while changing the fitted sheet or when those accidents happen and you find that you have to remove the mattress cover for cleaning. It is not as firm as a regular baby mattress so I would not use this mattress on a newborn if you place them on their tummy because of the worry of smothering. But with a toddler that has no problem moving around that would eliminate that issue. Is not a firm mattress and it will couture’s to the child’s body insuring the spine is inline and stress free. And when your toddler sleeps well, that means that Mom and Dad sleep well all so. It is Free of phthalates and lead making it a safe mattress for baby. It is Anti-static and anti-microbial.
