I only need them for urinary urgency, so they serve the purpose well but are more practical for those who actually have frequent accidents. I recommend them and next time will get the light drips or sports protection ones as these were a bit thicker for what I needed them for. But definitely recommend. Many women like myself look for products that will truly do what the packaging says it is supposed to do and I'm happy to say that this product does the job. I was surprised to see the thickness as well as the length of the pad and also to see how much liquid the pad absorbs. I would have no issue recommending this to anyone who has issues with leaking. I will say that the fit was perfect, but you have to be sure to wear the proper undergarments due to the size of the pad. I feel confident that the pad will not leak and that I can discreetly place these and any Purse that I am carrying. I only gave the product four stars because I felt although it is trustworthy I did feel a little bulky under my clothing, but I did feel safe wearing it.

I was diagnosed with overactive bladder and have tried tons of pads and even pull ups. I would go out and have an accident and you would be able to tell that I was wet. Not these ones!! They are the perfect length and very absorbent. So happy!!

They are pretty comfortable to wear. I don’t wear them through my whole period just because they are thicker and I feel like people will be able to notice it. Order control is pretty good too. They are bigger than I thought they would be but nonetheless they are perfect for heavy periods or heavy urine incontinence.

The fit was a little bigger and heavier than I prefer but I would likely purchase again in a smaller or thinner size. No odor issues and overall happy with the product!
