I usually use two of my other kinds just to make sure there are no leaks with the ultra absorbent long Poise pads, I only have to use one. They are great for odor control too, but they aren't scented which is good. The price is decent for what you get too. I am switching to these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving Poise Overnight pads I had doubts about them being that they were so much larger than previous Poise pads I have purchased in the past. I didn't think I needed Overnight protection that was so large but I was wrong. These pads did exactly what I needed them to do; protect me through the night from accidents. I was pleasingly surprised. I was protected, my sheets were protected and most of all my mattress was protected.

The fit is secure without being bulky, staying in place comfortably throughout the day. I appreciate the breathability—they don’t trap heat or cause irritation. For heavier needs, they’re discreet, dependable, and surprisingly comfortable.

The claims of odor control are def true! I never even had a hint of odor coming up! I felt confident throughout my day that no leakage was happening! Great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a girlie who has her go-to pads so any other kind automatically makes me weary, until I tried these! I love larger pads with wings so the fact that this one didn’t have any and still kept me protected is a plus! Definitely changed my outlook on “wingless” pads. The absorbency doesn’t make me worry about leakage either. They do feel like diapers but very secure, I wear them at night to bed especially and know I don’t have to worry!

I only need them for urinary urgency, so they serve the purpose well but are more practical for those who actually have frequent accidents. I recommend them and next time will get the light drips or sports protection ones as these were a bit thicker for what I needed them for. But definitely recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely surprised at the length and thickness of the pads. They are for more than a little bladder leakage/incontinence. If you suffer from a weak bladder or bowels and have issues getting to the bathroom on time, these will be perfect. They are long and wide, so that they might be too big for someone extremely skinny. Overall, they can really help when your body can’t hold it in.

However, the pads have a smell that is off putting. The price is right on par with the industry standards. They don’t hold that much pee so they are for tiny leakage only. Sometimes, I have accidents and I can’t hold it in and full on pee. It goes up my butt to where the pads are not. If you only need it for leakage these would work great for you. They are very easy to conceal though and can be seen through clothing. I would recommend these if you needed them in a pinch. I would not purchase them of my own accord.
