I would suggest to open it and roll it back and forth..to break it in a bit. However ...I tested it. It holds a good amount of fluids. And you don't feel wet if it'll take a while for you to switch them out. Also..it is a little thick so I would suggest wearing shape wear underwear that'll hold it in a bit when wearing snug clothing. But with a dress or sweats or etc you'll be fine

I expected them to be on the larger size due to the description stating ultra absorbent and long. On the bright side, they work very well! The length stopped any potential leaks and the pads were in fact ultra absorbent. My only wish is that there was a way to make the pads a bit thinner. Either way, they work and that's what is important.

They were very long, durable and did not cause any irritation to the skin felt safe and secure using these for any little issues that might have come up from maybe coughing or laughing to hard. Didn't find it to have any strong scent either. I would recommend.

The nunber 7s hold A LOT and are still somehow very thin so not noticeable under most clothing. I was really impressed at how comfortable they were. Incontinence is a thing so many of us deal with especially after having kids and getting older luckily Poise makes it easier. Absorbs fast so you dont feel like you're wearing a wet swimbottom.
