I mean no one wants to use them but if you have to these are the ones to look for in stores. They are known and trusted in their field for really catering to their customers with a wide variety of products. These extra long 2x absorbancy pads are very comfortable and keep me dry. They are great for overnight because the extra long length covers areas that usually leak. They also stay put and don't bunch up, twist, or come detached from your underwear while wearing them. You are able to be worry free and go about your day as normal.

I only need them for urinary urgency, so they serve the purpose well but are more practical for those who actually have frequent accidents. I recommend them and next time will get the light drips or sports protection ones as these were a bit thicker for what I needed them for. But definitely recommend. My only problem was that when choosing the item a lot of the other options were unavailable and I almost didn't pick these at all. I've gotten pads from this brand before in the past and found them uncomfortably chunky and bulky. These ones are still kind of thick but a lot more comfortable and not as bulky. I did expect them to be somewhat bulgy because they are the largest size. Being in my 40s and having kids and diabetes has had its down sides and my bladder isn't always in the best shape because of it. I especially know when my diabetes is acting up when I have to go more frequently. That alone paired with stress incontinence has been really frustrating. Even though these are probably more than what I need on a daily basis I have found them really helpful and useful when I know I'm going to be really active, like exercise or if I know I'm going to be doing a lot of lifting. It has definitely given me a little more freedom and ease of mind when doing those things. In the future I would probably get a smaller size. I am over all happy that they have improved in quality and absorbency.

These pads are super absorbent and comfortable, making them perfect for everyday use-though thank the Lord I don’t need them that often. Despite their size, they stay in place and keep me dry. Definitely handy to keep on hand for travel, road trips or days where you may not have easy access to the restroom. Or even like me, when you have a UTI and you need to pee all day long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I look at “ultra absorbency” I automatically think these will absorb any LARGE amount of leakage. I wore these for the first time, just as I got sick, and they helped, but we’re not the greatest. They are long and comfortable, and I’m pretty sure they cover small leaks, but when you have a coughing spell and can’t hold in your pee… maybe just make sure it hasn’t shifted on you!

The pads long, wide and very absorbent. It also sticks to your underwear very well keeping it in place unlike some brands out there that move and crunch up causing leaks. Not these pads! Loved them and will continue buying them.
