[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hate that the TV opens to the menu and can’t default to regular TV. And the channel it goes to is random. Had issues with a red screen periodically but not within the last month -? Upgrade issue? Otherwise works as a TV does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When turned on I would like to go straight to the channel I want to watch, instead it takes me to the three options listed ( For you - Live - APPS ) I just want to go to "Live" and continue from there. Let all the other choices be at the bottom or top of the screen.

The brightness and clarity are really nice, so it’s easy to watch. I also like the sleek design because it looks modern and fits right in with the rest of my home. The smart features are convenient too, especially since everything works well with my other Samsung devices. I only have Samsung products at home, so I can control everything easily from my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Overall, it’s just a solid TV that looks great and works well.

Resolution is so much better and even the menu controls are easier and smoother to use. Would recommend this model to anyone else looking for a great, reliable and trusted name in televisions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person with limited vision my new Samsung 65” Crystal TV allows me to enjoy watching tv again. I had a smaller Samsung, 40”, before and the picture was not as clear to me. I had a hard time reading what scrolled across the screen and what was happening on screen. For people with low vision l would recommend this tv for more enjoyable watching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good picture quality both OTA and streaming. Program GUID instant info is skechy or non existent. Fire TV’s does a better Job of Program guid info and layout. I still like the old DirectTV HNS layout for instant ch info but that’s long been forgotten. Use extended Phillips remote with full feature buttons much better than Samsung remote. Had a Previous STV with remote that was configured with circle control which I liked better but case broke in half not to sturdy. Sound is good but playing Streaming content say from Prime I find the CEC HDMI wont allow u to do extend sound equalization between my audio amp/rec and TV GUI. The only audio options are fixed Audio format types selections. The new STV start up dash board is now improved after last update.

The picture is decent, but the sound quality is low and without the ability to hook up a better sound bar, this TV barely meets the bare minimum of quality. Will be getting a different TV within the year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say that this was the absolute best TV, if the volume was better. It tends to run very low even if you have it turned up high. So that's a bummer. Other then that, a beautiful picture, easy to set up, menu is easy to navigate. Would recommend to a friend to buy
