[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to buy another brand but since I have bought the Samsung I’m sold on Samsung. It has wonderful color, its brightness is great not too dark or light. Good contrast and the 65” Crystal UHD has on spot contrast it is crystal clear. It is easy to install and is very responsive and helpful to setting up the tv. It is a real update from our previous tv which only had 4 years! I love the Samsung Plus. I also like how the local news comes with the tv it’s a total upscale game changer! I love my Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first week I had this TV it was already becoming slow to respond(had to manually reset and delete apps), the screen was tearing and distorting while watching some YouTube videos. Contrast is very dark on this one but, I didn’t pay a whole lot of money for it so, I can’t complain too much. I just expected more from a Samsung.

Set up is very difficult. Instructions provided were very hard to understand. The television was not designed to be of any use to an elderly individual. I received this as a gift and it has turned into a nightmare for me as I do not have a backup TV. As a large corporation this note will be disregarded but at least I had my say.

I have always loved Samsung TV'S. I find this TV is pretty close to an OLED. Not fully but close. Some scenes on screen just make you saw wow.for the value of this TV. Very happy with my purchase. Sometimes the response can be slow but it's doable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my new 65" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV! I'm old enough to remember the switch from black and white to color TVs when I'd watch the screen just for the color! This is like it but so much more! The Samsung replace a Sony with a 30" screen. While it was HD, it was 16 years old and not as sharp as it once was. This Samsung is light years better! The pictures are so crisp and clear. I keep finding details that I can't believe that I can see. My biggest problem is that my dogs and I want to watch more TV than we should just to enjoy the picture and sound from my Samsung!

Come to the performance, works great under bright light and no spotting when ther is interference. True color and no Missouri any details. The contrast works well and very responsive frames.
