I've had trouble with no sound almost since I purchased it. I was instructed by Samsung to turn it off/on again to solve the issue, which I have to do almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I TURN ON THE TV...sometimes for 10 minutes or more. I have a technician coming this week to look at it (since it's still under warranty). This should not be necessary. I purchased this TV to replace an LG which I had for 6 years; wish I had gotten another LG.

From the moment I turned it on, it was clear this set punches well above its weight. Here's my full take focusing on the key areas that matter most: Vibrancy: The colors absolutely pop. Whether I'm watching vibrant nature documentaries, colorful animated movies, or high-energy sports, the hues are rich and lifelike without looking oversaturated. Skin tones look natural and everything just feels more immersive. Resolution: 4K detail is outstanding on this massive 75-inch screen. Text is razor-sharp, fine details in landscapes and fabrics are clearly visible, and even when I sit relatively close, the picture remains incredibly clean. Upscaling of non-4K content is also handled very well. Contrast: Blacks are deep and inky, giving the image excellent depth. Dark scenes in movies have great separation between shadows without crushing details, and the overall dynamic range makes the picture feel three-dimensional.
