[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether we are watching an action-packed film with lots of explosions or listening to the Symphony, the sound quality is incredible The crystal clear resolution is amazing when you can see blades of grass on the field when you're watching a soccer match on TV along with the brightness and the color which add to the overall experience where you feel like you're right there in the stands watching the match live! The Aesthetics are impressive as the TV is beautifully designed so it looks good in any room. I like the security features where we can have the TV shut off at a certain time as well block out certain channels for the children.

It transfers seamlessly with my hdmi devices allowing me to quickly switch over to other tasks. Adjusting the screens brightness and contrast is also really easy and helps fit any room it’s in. I even have the security of knowing that if I switch to any Samsung tv, I’ll have all the apps and settings I chose on this one

The picture quality is fantastic! Only tweak I would like to see is with the remote. I would love to have numbers on there but I guess too many people stream rather than hopping to their favorite channel.

Maybe it is just the tv starting up? It does go away, but very weird. Nonetheless I really do love this tv it has amazing brightness/resolution.

And the mute button is not in a very accessible place and doesn't work on first or second tries. And lastly, this tv freezes continuously. I know it's not the streaming channel or internet because my other tv does not have this problem. The freezing problem is very irritating and my husband just wants to bag the tv at this point. Sorry but my experience with this tv has not been positive.
