It makes my older movies look even better with the automatic upscale. With the deeper blacks in the background it helps create the depth and contrast needed to make the picture "come alive" more.

There seems to be some connection issue with the Spectrum app specifically. as well as other apps. we have replaced the tv, we have reset the tv, we have deleted the specific apps, nothing fixes it.

The picture looks surprisingly clear out of the box, and setup didn't make me want to pull my hair out. That said, the sound is kind of tinny, so you're definitely going to want a soundbar if you care about bass, and the built-in menus get a little laggy when you're jumping around fast. If you're on a budget and just want something that works without overthinking it, it gets the job done.

I love that i can adjust the contrast when watching scary movies because i have trouble seeing the darker parts, it's so easy to do with this. It's also great for gaming, nothing like the models even a few years ago, it's crazy the experience , you feel like you're in the game when everything is so realistic looking.
