Hello i'm a man and I used to laugh and just tinkle and sometimes even fully wet myself and I'd be with friends and it would be so embarrassing because everybody would look and see that I just wet myself from laughing. I carried extra clothes with me to change but I knew if they made me laugh again it would happen again. They kind of looked at me with disgust but I couldn't help it. I must have tried every incontinence underwear and finally found Poise pad I was relieved. I LOVE YOU POISE♡ They were comfortable and I had no more fears of embarrassments . However after putting the product In the middle of underwear it so that it smoothes out the puffiness so people do not realize I am wearing incontinence pads. I didn't feel wet at all also there was no odor. It did not leak just felt very comfortable. The only problem was that the back where it sticks did not stick to well. It had move a little over night.
