[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the Poise 8 pads to offer very good overnight protection. One end is wider than the other. That end is meant to go in back. I'm a belly sleeper so I put my pads on backwards, so to speak, and they work great for me that way. They're long and thick enough to work, yet they don't feel or look super bulky. They're a bit contoured but not enough that they buckle or fold up. They hold a lot of liquid and keep it off the body, for the most part. If you're looking for secure overnight protection, they're pretty close to perfect. They can, of course, also be worn during the day.

I immediately opened and decided to use the product but unfortunately it didn't work the way I had expected it. Due to the size and lack of sticky strip on it I wasn't able to get it to fit correctly inside my underwear so it ended up bunching up inside my panties. Unfortunately it didn't work well for me and I ended with wet underwear in the middle of the night.. I would definitely recommend it if it actually works the way I had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product worked well. No leaks throughout 8 hours of sleep. Would prefer more stickiness under the pad to help from shifting. It only shifted a little but didn't create any issues. Wasn't uncomfortable. Might not be long for very large folks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: you will not leak through this, it is surprisingly comfortable for how big it is. Cons: this is very large - I like the length and width but it is also very thick which I'm not so sure about. The packaging is good, but this is very big and when you dispose of the product it will take up a large amount of space in your bathroom garbage can. . . just warning you if you share bathroom space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise Overnight Pads Extra Coverage absorbency (8 Drop) are very absorbent and fit very well. The coverage is a lot better then similar products. They do feel big and bulky and diaperesque, but they are for sleeping, you feel very protected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this product-- I didn't feel like I had a brick in my pants! Super comfy, super absorbent. Once in place, the pad did not shift, as others have done. The wicking action was quick so I never felt wet or "dirty".

With the Poise absorbent I sleep peacefully, as the wide size met my expectations, it has odor control, thin, comfortable and with leak protection. I highly recommend it.
