Big woman tried long maximum 5 for years. Went to long ultimate 6 then am trying overnight ultimate 6 with 75% wider pad 24 hrs.Running to bathroom at 2 a.m. I made it there still dry. Soaked pad WEIGHED 12 OUNCES using 75%wider to my front. I'm liking this pad very much. I know some women have more issues with coughing, sneezing,laughing, bending adding to the absorbency. I received the poise overnight extra protection pads and i completely love them they are big and provide the best coverage of any pad i have ever had. I will continue to buy them. There was no leakage to clean up and my underwear have stayed dry. They are so absorbent and comfortable to wear.

I liked that they collected the urine and kept it away from my skin. They worked quite well. The only problem I encountered was that the tape stripe did not stick very good otherwise they were great. I would recommend them to anyone that has urine incontinence.

They stay in place pretty fine, they're just definitely diaper feeling which takes some getting used to. But they work and I would recommend them to those who experience bladder leakage or super heavy periods.

They are long, thin and very absorbent. She did not have any leaking all night. Used them again while grocery shopping, although they are overnights. They keep me nice and dry while I'm sleeping and they pretty much hold up while I'm doing errands and taking care of my daughter. I would recommend this for people who have a pretty similar problem that I have and have incontinence due to pregnancy , or for any other health issues. What I like the most is that the top and the bottom of the pad or extra wide so that the whole seat is covered. It makes a difference as far as coverage so that's a good feature. On One Note there was a pretty good control as far as odor, but then again I like to use two pads at the same time for that problem. What I really did not like is that the sticky part of the bottom wasn't at all secure so there were times where I could feel it moving around more. Other than that things are pretty good pads to use and they are reliable enough for everyday use.
