This is definitely something that would prevent leaks and uncomfortable. Wetness in the bed. As far as the fit I have to question that a little bit because as you can see in the picture, the pads are pretty big, meaning that the underpants would have to be bigger in order to accommodate the adhesive side of this pad. As far as the thickness that's not bad, it's just a size that worries me a little bit, because if I'm going to use something this big, then it should definitely be something more in the lines of a pull up or A discardable underpants. It definitely works.It does what it's supposed to do, i just feel like it needs an extra delicate touch

I have been using the 6 drop absorbency in the long length and love them! I decided to try the 8 drop absorbency for nighttime and although at first I was worried they would be too thick and too wide, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the pad. They are very soft and comfortable and they are very absorbent! On occasion I have even worn them during the day when I'm going to be running errands and I know I will not have quick access to a restroom facility. They are more comfortable than an adult diaper and just as absorbent. Incontenance is a real pain but having Poise pads really helps make it tolerable.
