I would suggest a smaller size if you’re a smaller person, I am a 2x and they were still huge. They did work well with absorbing everything. Not very comfortable because they are so large.

It doesn’t irritate the skin and is also very light. It makes for a comfortable wear. And if you move around a lot in your sleep you don’t have to worry about it shifting, it has great adhesion.
