They look comically large and long but are great for adults with incontinence. They have worked great and prevented leaks for my adult family member during daytime naps. Not sure if they would hold up overnight.

It has a wide protection and even though the size it wasnt uncomfortable. Given the size i think the chance of a leak is very low. It was durable and felt like a good quality. Didnt cause any skin problems. I recommend it

This 8 drop absorbency for nighttime, it is not thick nor not too wide, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the pad. They are very soft and comfortable and they are very absorbent. They are more comfortable than an adult diaper and just as absorbent. Incontenance is a real pain but having Poise pads really helps make it tolerable.
