[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are quite a large pad, pretty bulky, that being said: they were comfortable for nighttime wear (as intended), kept me dry during the night so definitely reliable, performance was great, the design works well with brief style underwear but not so much with smaller cut styles. My pictures show the pad with a regular size magazine under it, to show the overall length of this pad.

They stay put, soak up plenty, and actually keep you dry till morning. The odor control’s decent, and the material’s soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re wearing a tarp. They are thicker — no getting around that — but if you’re dealing with heavier leaks or just want to sleep without stressing about it, they’re worth it. Not ideal for daytime wear unless you like the feeling of armor, but for nights, they deliver.

I don't leak while I am asleep BUT getting to the bathroom when I wake in the night is like racing against my bladder. These pads fit my plus size panties and don't move no matter how many times I flip in my sleep. I can now take my time because Poise is the perfect back up.
