As you can see it is quite big, definitely a day two and three kind of pad needed for that overnight protection. I would suggest wearing it with tighter underwear to keep the pad in place as they do not have wings. This is a great option for those heavier days where you want to feel secured.

I dropped a star because in some packs there are pads that are thin, not thick so that makes quality not totally consistent.

Not sure if they make a smaller size with good coverage, but I will say they offered great leak protection and high absorbency. I feel like the size of these are almost diaper like, and it would be better to have a disposable undergarment rather than a huge pad.
