The length and width are both long and wide enough to have complete coverage. I toss and turn a lot overnight and these overnight pads not only stayed in place, but they kept me protected from any leaks while sleeping.

I have been using the 6 drop absorbency in the long length and love them! I decided to try the 8 drop absorbency for nighttime and although at first I was worried they would be too thick and too wide, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the pad. They are very soft and comfortable and they are very absorbent! On occasion I have even worn them during the day when I'm going to be running errands and I know I will not have quick access to a restroom facility. They are more comfortable than an adult diaper and just as absorbent. Incontenance is a real pain but having Poise pads really helps make it tolerable.

The pads have good absorption and don't leave you feeling wet so very nice protection. These are definitely better for big women and not skinny or chunky women because it doesn't fit in size medium or smaller underwear.

I end up leaking when I’m ALMOST to the house-it’s like my brain tells my bladder we are in the bathroom when we aren’t! I also love my mini trampoline workouts and again- a trampoline + leaky bladder DO NOT MIX! These pads are perfect for these occasions. I will tout their praises all day long! They are highly absorbent and help me gain back some of my confidence.
