These Poise cover and pads are over a large are of the underwear so there is not an overflow issue! These are trusted to hold any fluid or close to solid coming out! They are easy to use like sticking on and unsticking off the underwear fast to get ready or change! They can be worn anytime! Also beneficial for large heavy weighted individuals!

I have experienced some leakage through out the night.overnight during my last cycle I added a poise originals extra coverage overnights. I woke up feeling like I do on regular mornings not gross feeling because I had overflowed my tampon. These definitely gave me extra coverage and they are so comfortable. I actually ditched the tampon all together even during the day! That’s Poise!

Simply put one on at bed time and that was it. No changing pads in middle of the night or worrying about waking up with spotting on my underwear and jammies from leakage.

I used Poise Long Overnight 6 pads and they were great! When Poise stopped making these I tried their Overnight pads - didn't come close to measuring up. They are NOT the same and neither are the #6 Long. I really miss the ones that worked and wish they'd bring them back. I've had to change to other brands.

I was so happy to try these that I had forgotten to video the item before I used them all. The only downfall is these do not do well for the occasional loss of a full bladder but if you need that extra protection from a cough, sneeze, laugh or just can’t hold it completely to make it to the rest room then this is perfect. If you need something more then I suggest the full brief. They stay comfortable even though they can take on more than you think.

These pads are much thicker and bigger in size than normal pads for heavy flow. The absorption is very good. They fit well in underwear and have a sticky back.

I preferred wearing this over what I was provided in the hospital during my stay. It stays put, and I had no issues with leaking.
