They are comfortable for the most part, the back is slightly too wide for me. They are also absorbent and keep you dry when you have the occasional leak and have odor control that keeps smells at bay.

It's done an amazing job at keeping me dry at night, no leaks, stays in place, the paper on the back side of the pad is easily removable, pad sticks on easily to undergarment, I did not experience any bad odor at all, no annoying cuts or redness as I do from other pads. This product is soft, gentle, easy to use, easy to apply on & off, can be used discreetly, disposed of discreetly. Also when I used said product it kept me dry all night long for 8 hours. Big woman tried long maximum 5 for years. Went to long ultimate 6 then am trying overnight ultimate 6 with 75% wider pad 24 hrs.Running to bathroom at 2 a.m. I made it there still dry. Soaked pad WEIGHED 12 OUNCES using 75%wider to my front. I'm liking this pad very much. I know some women have more issues with coughing, sneezing,laughing, bending adding to the absorbency.
