I didn't have to worry about running to the bathroom and not making it in time. I would highly recommend this product.

I also have diarrhea a lot and these held that also! They are very comfortable and I hardly knew that I had them on!

Since getting this product she feels more confident going out to stores and in public and she has in a long time. They've worked extremely well. Absorbent comfortable even worse than to sleep instead of using the night time underwear. I am extremely happy with the product and will be buying more

I never thought that this will be a good product replacement to what I am currently using. I love long pads which this pad is, absorbent and keeps in place during the day and night. The odour control is great too. I would love to explore more Poise products after trying this out!

The only downside is: 1)NO flexi-wings to help keep it from sliding up&down or from moving out of place for example bunching up in the middle of your underwear and causing leaks out the sides and the back causing blood/urine spots to show thru in the butt of your jeans, shorts/pants or dress/skirt & for 2)If you have overactive sweat glands that cause over excessive sweating that makes it harder for them to stay also and they don't stay stuck to the underwear either because your sweat causes it to unstick and fall out when using the facilities and that really sucks and you ruin/waste them.

I suffer from really heavy periods, especially at night. These pads give me the full coverage Iv need at night to help prevent leaks onto my sheets. I'm so happy I got to try these. I would definitely recommend for anyone with heavy periods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads actually, contour to my body better. While they aren't as absorbent, they fit better! Therefore it's easier for me to sleep move and clean up. I use two at a time. One as you would and the other I afix to the back of my panty lengthwise (Think of a T shape) This also allows me to sleep on my side without too many leaks. I Don't give up the product that gives you the most dignity for your dollar can be found.

I have been using the "overnight" ever since they came out. With the last change, I am no longer able to find them in the stores. Do you have a service where you can deliver them routinely to my home or recommend somewhere I can find them or someone else to send them to me? I need the extra absorbency and am not happy with the lesser ones.
