(Like most toilets) At home I have a riser for my stool. I am so happy that I was wearing them at her home.

Now I can go to bed each night without a "Chux" pad underneath me, knowing that I'll be dry overnight as well as my bed. I use them everyday and although sometimes there is a little leakage,(with full bladder release) they do the job perfectly. These I highly recommend for anyone who needs a little extra help at bed time. This one that I received is the one without wings but that’s okay they were still good use.

It will definitely help with any leakage during night but for me the fit is too big. That's my only drawback. I don't recognize a scent on these so that's good

I bought these because I needed extra assurance of no leaks. They had advertised no leaks. I figured if they lasted overnight that I could get thru an event I attended. Good thing I had an extra in my purse. The first one failed miserably and I had to sit in a wet seat.

I have experienced some leakage through out the night.overnight during my last cycle I added a poise originals extra coverage overnights. I woke up feeling like I do on regular mornings not gross feeling because I had overflowed my tampon. These definitely gave me extra coverage and they are so comfortable. I actually ditched the tampon all together even during the day! That’s Poise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the Poise 8 pads to offer very good overnight protection. One end is wider than the other. That end is meant to go in back. I'm a belly sleeper so I put my pads on backwards, so to speak, and they work great for me that way. They're long and thick enough to work, yet they don't feel or look super bulky. They're a bit contoured but not enough that they buckle or fold up. They hold a lot of liquid and keep it off the body, for the most part. If you're looking for secure overnight protection, they're pretty close to perfect. They can, of course, also be worn during the day.
