Having tried various products with unsuccessful results, I found Poise Overnight Pads with wider back and my problems were solved. It is the only product that protects me from undesirable accidents. The only detail I most mention is that personally I have had to make adjustments suitable to my condition. Since I am overweight, I found that wearing the pad with the part labeled front in the opposite direction protects me best. I use the pads all day long, not just overnight. This product is incomparable and has made this 73-year-old lady a happy woman. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my absolute go to brand for my bladder leakage issue. It never disappoints and always keeps improving. It absorbs very well and keeps me dry. It can hold quite a lot of fluid although my leakage is not as bad as others. My favorite is the additional 75% wider back that it offers. I always hoped they would do it and it is a much more comfortable fit for me. I will definitely continue buying this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, these pads are HUGE! They may as well be diapers because I don’t have underwear large enough to fit them. Why don’t they just make them with sides? I can’t imagine them fitting in anyone’s underwear except super granny panties I guess. They’re also thick, like there’s no way I’d be able to walk with these in between my legs, so I guess that’s why they’re for night use and for heavy incontinence. I’m using them for postpartum heavy bleeding, and they’re fine but I wouldn’t purchase them since they’re uncomfortably large. I appreciate that they’re unscented.

First it was very soft for her and she didn't feel any discomfort. The next day she said that it felt the same as last night, to which I replied that it is a good sign that it's working because it kept her dry all night. I am also curious if this works for women with heavy flows because I am in need of a pad that is super absorbent and stays put no matter how I go about with my day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product is great! Great coverage, but though comfort level was on the low side. I am tall and thin, so I suppose I don’t need all that coverage, unless I have just given birth. They were very bunchy and bulky, but overall, would recommend!
