With Poise Ultimate Overnight Pads I was protected from leaking throughout the night. Having sensitive skin, I noticed that I had minimal irritation & were more comfortable than other brands. I compared the prices of different brands & found these to be on the higher range, but I have learned that one gets what they pay for. Comparing quality to other pads I have tried, I would have to say that these are the best overnight pads so far. I highly recommend Poise Overnight Pads to anyone with a continence problem.

They stay in place pretty fine, they're just definitely diaper feeling which takes some getting used to. But they work and I would recommend them to those who experience bladder leakage or super heavy periods.

My mother in law used these since she cannot always make it to the bathroom in time and these have been a great safety net to protect the seats in my car

I haven’t had to change my sheets and my clothes multiple times a night. They hold quite a bit and are very comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the POISE ORIGINALS EXTRA COVERAGE OVERNIGHTS and started to use them at once. I liked that they collected the urine and kept it away from my skin. They worked quite well. The only problem I encountered was that the tape stripe did not stick very good otherwise they were great. I would recommend them to anyone that has urine incontinence.

My 94 year old mother has worn Poise pads during the day and overnight for several years. Recently, the pad backing and adhesive have been changed. This has posed problems removing the product from her underwear, especially the overnight pad. When removed, it sometimes adheres so strongly the plastic tears away from the pad and remains stuck on her underwear. It is stuck so strongly it doesn't wash off and is hard to remove from her underwear. If this problem can be resolved, I would rate the product 5 stars.
