They protect all night and don’t feel too heavy or closed in. They fit nicely and have a good coverage. They don’t feel like they stay wet. However, I would like to see all natural ones for a safer use.

My only complaint is that they don't have wings. You want to feel secure even at nighttime while sleeping and wings would provide that extra reassurance that even while asleep you're protected from any leaks. Other than that The Poise Overnight pads provide great coverage especially if your flow is super heavy. These would even be perfect for post pregnancy. They are really big and provide the extra coverage that is needed when your really need it.
