My 94 year old mother has worn Poise pads during the day and overnight for several years. Recently, the pad backing and adhesive have been changed. This has posed problems removing the product from her underwear, especially the overnight pad. When removed, it sometimes adheres so strongly the plastic tears away from the pad and remains stuck on her underwear. It is stuck so strongly it doesn't wash off and is hard to remove from her underwear. If this problem can be resolved, I would rate the product 5 stars.

They are long and 75% wider in the back end of the pad. They have a Stretchy elastic on the sides so your pad stays in place at night. They are very Absorbing and no leaks or spilling out. I definitely loved them for my heavy flows at night. For me night time was the worst. But with this product. I could sleep and not have to worry anymore. Will continue to use.

They were soft and comfortable to wear had a smooth feel not plastic that was helpful. Not sure I would purchase again.

I have used a double pad for a number of months now and this pad works well as the extra pad. It stays in place while I am sleeping and does not move around even if I move. To use as a single pad it is not thick enough, therefore, I would not recommend using only one. I like the wider wings in the back of the this pad.

As the amount of urine output varies, so did the results while using it. On the nights that she had a normal amount of output, the pads worked extremely well and kept her dry throughout the night. When she had a larger than normal output, the pad didn’t cut it and she woke up wet. I think this would work very well for many people, but many others need even more absorbency capacity.
