Big woman tried long maximum 5 for years. Went to long ultimate 6 then am trying overnight ultimate 6 with 75% wider pad 24 hrs.Running to bathroom at 2 a.m. I made it there still dry. Soaked pad WEIGHED 12 OUNCES using 75%wider to my front. I'm liking this pad very much. I know some women have more issues with coughing, sneezing,laughing, bending adding to the absorbency. I had a baby about a month ago and I have blatter leakage when I cough or sneeze so I needed a product to help keep me protected from embarrassing leaks. At night it was worse because I didn't wake up in time to make it to the bathroom and it's embarrassing. I am very happy with thee pads and they absorb a lot. They are wide in the back and don't slide around so they are comfortable to wear. I am very happy with how well they work and they lock away wetness and odor which is great. I would definitely recommend these if you have blatter issues and want to get a good night sleep.

The size actually helped with making sure there was no leaks but did bunch still. No biggie. It's something that I think will always be a thing with pads or liners and it's something I'm resigned to live with. With all of that I'd definitely purchase these. The whole point is to protect my clothing, and sheets. These did that. Definitely worth getting these.

They seem really bulky when you first see them, but once I figured out the correct placement for my body, I don’t even know I’m wearing them.

I have OAB and urge incontinence due to type 1 diabetes. I’m 28 years old and really struggled with this issue as it worsened. Poise overnight pads help contain my night time incontinence. They are bulky when wet and visible through pajamas. I wish they wicked away moisture faster. Overall I like them!

It absorbs all the fluid and there was no wetness from leakage on the sheets. They could be used during the day as well with the right clothes on to ovoid the pads being too obvious. Would recommend for anyone that has leakage issues. They were the right length as well.

The adhesive holds the pad well considering the size. It neutralizes odor well. I would recommend these pads to others with severe overnight leaks.
