I would of rather had a thinner not so wide on the back. ...but I'm sure there are older people out there that are thankful they are like that. . They did work. . I did not have any overflow onto my clothes or sheets. They offered ultimate protection all night. I recommend then to anyone who experiences accidents during the night.

Never so pleased with protection this product provides for incontinence. I also wear them in daytime for no embarrassing leaks if I should not be able to make it to a restroom while in public. A Godsend at 73 years of age. I also shared a package with a friend of mine. She loved the results, and now purchases her own.I keep extra in my car and/or purse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coverage was great and didn’t disappoint! I definitely recommend this brand of overnights because they seem to hold up a lot nicer than other brands that I’ve tried. They aren’t quite as ‘bulky feeling’ as some either.

My 91 year old Mother has severe incontinence problems especially during the night. I think that she has tried absolutely every product on the market! At night she wears a pullup with the Long Max Poise Pads on top. This way she can save on the very expensive pull ups and just replace the pads several times at night! She tells everyone who will stand still long enough for her successful answer for her nights! She was in hospital and rehab for 6 months, discharged two weeks ago! The staff were usually quite pleased that she shared her solution with the Poise Pads! I just bought her 7 pkgs of the Long Max etc. but now wonder if I should've bought the new Ultra? Does the wide back replace the long length that she likes? I will be requesting coupons and hopefully samples of the Ultra for my Mum to try. Thanks, Susan

These are so helpful for loved ones with bladder issues. I had a surgery which made it hard for me to get up in time to go to the bathroom and would have accidents. These work great. Absorbed well and were comfortable to wear at night. Was able to sleep better knowing I had the protection. I would recommend these to my friends and family.
