They do offer good absorbency and are comfortable enough for overnight use. The pads are fairly soft and the length provides decent coverage, which is important for a good night's sleep. However, I did notice some issues with leakage, especially towards the edges, which was disappointing. Additionally, they tend to feel a bit bulky compared to other brands, which can be uncomfortable. Overall, they get the job done, but there might be better options out there if you need more reliable protection and a slimmer design.

The adhesive was okay and kept the pad in place the entire time while sleeping. I did not experience any leakage and the pad was wide and long enough to cover any leaks while sleeping. Overall, I enjoyed using these pads and will continue to use them during my postpartum period.

My 94 year old mother has worn Poise pads during the day and overnight for several years. Recently, the pad backing and adhesive have been changed. This has posed problems removing the product from her underwear, especially the overnight pad. When removed, it sometimes adheres so strongly the plastic tears away from the pad and remains stuck on her underwear. It is stuck so strongly it doesn't wash off and is hard to remove from her underwear. If this problem can be resolved, I would rate the product 5 stars.

Due to the wider back & the extra long length, it provided quick absorption. The hour glass shape of the pad, provided comfortability. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, these pads are HUGE! They may as well be diapers because I don’t have underwear large enough to fit them. Why don’t they just make them with sides? I can’t imagine them fitting in anyone’s underwear except super granny panties I guess. They’re also thick, like there’s no way I’d be able to walk with these in between my legs, so I guess that’s why they’re for night use and for heavy incontinence. I’m using them for postpartum heavy bleeding, and they’re fine but I wouldn’t purchase them since they’re uncomfortably large. I appreciate that they’re unscented.
