The adhesive was okay and kept the pad in place the entire time while sleeping. I did not experience any leakage and the pad was wide and long enough to cover any leaks while sleeping. Overall, I enjoyed using these pads and will continue to use them during my postpartum period.

Most women know that overnight coverage hasn’t always been the best. That is prime time for leaks and the sheer size of these pads provided great coverage, no leaks and super comfortable. They can also be used for bladder protection, however I needed them for my cycle. I will absolutely purchase these again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these pads due to very weak bladder sphincter muscles. I sometimes need them for sudden bowel urges, too. The max length overnight pads are my peace of mind. The underwear doesn't appeal to me due to having to change clothes in a narrow stall if too soiled. Pads are easier to change if needed.
