[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. I have IBSD and IC. Both make controlling #1 or #2 not so easy. I've been using #5 which I thought was the biggest and it held a LOT. I don't have a sense of smell so can't speak on that. I posted pix to show the comparison on how much bigger this product is to what I have been using. If you have issues losing control of your full bladder this will certainly work! Highly recommended!

When I first got the Poise Pads, I was worried that they would be too big for me since I am rather petite. After trying them, they are large but they are pliable and quickly mold to your body and are not too bulky. They are comfortable and did not disturb my sleep as well as kept me dry when I had my coughing issues. I would buy these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love poise. When I was extremely sick with a kidney infection/stone and sepsis, along with severe bladder infection. I used these pads. I didn't have any control over my bladder. I emptied my bladder from severe vomiting multiple times in one pad and I was still dry, I was in absolute awe. I didn't have an odor nor any form of irritation. They truly do work.

I just had a baby so I needed some post partum pads and these had came through home tester. They came just in time to see how great they actually are and if they work for real because I had some over bleeding and quite a bit of bladder leakage. This being my third child and me being in my mid 30’s, it was great to know I was being protected. The only issue I had was that I lost quite a bit of blood so they weren’t long enough at certain times of the night so maybe watch for that. As far as absorbing, they work great. The only other issue I would have would be that they are so large u have to empty out ur bathroom trash quite often because I just can’t stand the fact that I have these massive pads covered in blood and urine in my trash but at least they do their job! I will purchase these again!

It is long enough to cover from front to back when I am laying down and very absorbent. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The only downside is: 1)NO flexi-wings to help keep it from sliding up&down or from moving out of place for example bunching up in the middle of your underwear and causing leaks out the sides and the back causing blood/urine spots to show thru in the butt of your jeans, shorts/pants or dress/skirt & for 2)If you have overactive sweat glands that cause over excessive sweating that makes it harder for them to stay also and they don't stay stuck to the underwear either because your sweat causes it to unstick and fall out when using the facilities and that really sucks and you ruin/waste them.

They have always been a brand I can rely on, and these pads are no different. At first I thought they looked like they would be too wide, but the shape turned out to be perfect. They fit well and have no leaks. I have no complaints. Poise has really outdone themselves on this one. It is better than any other pad I have tried. They can be worn anytime, day or night, and leave me feeling stress-free. Poise® Overnight Extra Coverage Pads are great. I wouldn't change a thing, and I would definitely recommend them!
