Very poor packaging design. If I didn't like the product so much I probably wouldn't buy it again. That being said they need to give it an overhaul and do it fast before they lose customers. Product gets an A

I have two messy grandchildren and one old dog with a weak bladder. This product has been a lifesaver. I have used Downy fabric softener for (literally) decades and am pleased to have this new product to add to my laundry arsenal.

I but the cool cotton it smells amazing and it leaves my clothes smelling fresh, but the way it pours is horrible. Why does it not have a spout? Measuring is to be desired. Overall it does what is supposed to that one thing and it would be perfect

I love this product, it smells amazing and fresh! However, attempting to pour the liquid from the wide bottle opening and having it drip all over the sides and my fingers makes the experience a bit of a nightmare. Please change the bottle 🙏

Love, love this product. Hate container. Needs handle, bottle bulky and spout to pour liquid through.

I like that I have another Cool Cotton to use on my clothes. My clothes smell so good. The price is reasonable. Can I use my softer with this too!?

I washed my sheets using this in the rinse cycle and there is no scent at all. I’m going back to my former Avon fabric softener.

I was curious about the new Downy Rinse and Refresh, and after using it I am hooked! What a great product, fresh and extra crisp clean.

While I had Great Hopes for this product it being Downy it did nothing to remove the sweat smells from the necklines of my shirts

Every time I put the downy rinse in my washer there’s waste on container.Either change the container or I won’t buy it again
