[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried multiple diy methods for laundry items that just seem to hang onto stubborn scents and residues. I was using white vinegar to strip residue and odors from our towels, but this has made me a convert. My towels were noticeably fresher and felt softer. This works so well and leaves such a nice scent in ways that DIY solutions like vinegar just can’t. I will be stocking this in my laundry room and using it for all my laundry. Very pleased with the results. Also, one family member has very sensitive skin (thus why we had to discontinue using our a lot of common fabric scent booster options), and this is perfectly gentle and suitable for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is pretty small. I mean like in comparison to other fabric softeners. I like the clear bottle, it feels more natural since I can see through it. They advertise it fights odor and leaves a great smell which is a half true. When you open the bottle, it smells delicious but after putting it in multiple loads of laundry, I feel like the smells basically disappears. Like you can faintly smell it but like literally if your nose is directly on the fabric and inhaling hard. The packaging doesn’t tell me how much to use so they should probably add that. I washed like 5 loads so far and the bottle is already more than half gone, so maybe I am using too much. Idk. I do not know if it is really fighting the odor since I don’t stink and I haven’t washed anything incredibly funky. But it does combat enough of normal smells - I think.

I but the cool cotton it smells amazing and it leaves my clothes smelling fresh, but the way it pours is horrible. Why does it not have a spout? Measuring is to be desired. Overall it does what is supposed to that one thing and it would be perfect

I have two messy grandchildren and one old dog with a weak bladder. This product has been a lifesaver. I have used Downy fabric softener for (literally) decades and am pleased to have this new product to add to my laundry arsenal.

I love this stuff. It gets rid of the extra gunk in our clothes. The big BUT is that the lid/container is the worst to pour out of. On tv, you advertise the easy pour spout, but that’s not that’s in stores. It gets all over and leaks down the side.

I love this product, it smells amazing and fresh! However, attempting to pour the liquid from the wide bottle opening and having it drip all over the sides and my fingers makes the experience a bit of a nightmare. Please change the bottle 🙏

downy rinse and refresh is the BEST thing you can add to your laundry. it smells so amazing and the scent truly lasts. I've recommended this product to my whole family!

I am happy with the product itself. Left my clothes nice-smelling and soft. But for someone like me with small, arthritic hands, the bottle is hard to grip and is slippery.

Very poor packaging design. If I didn't like the product so much I probably wouldn't buy it again. That being said they need to give it an overhaul and do it fast before they lose customers. Product gets an A
