How do you open the lid????  I’m on my second bottle. Product great.  Packaging not so much.

Product didn’t do any better than regular fabric softener! Too pricey and poor performance product.

Love the scent but the product is very sticky. Perhaps a pump dispenser would work better.

This is a good product

Ok.. here's the thing.. I love downy Rinse, and buy it every trip.  However, this bigger bottle isn't for me.  But that's just my opinion.  I don't have a lot of space for such a big bottle. The smaller ones were great.  And yes, I did refill my smaller bottles, but made a mess and over filled them, so it's just less convenient for me, personally.  But I'll still buy it, if it's the only option for MY downy rinse.

Here's the thing…

We started using this after our towels and cotton clothes were talking on a sour smell. It works great and we have not had any problems. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t bother me at all.
