Really like the scent and seems to work. But the bottle is awful! No handle, no pour spout. I have spilled so much. Wasteful. The bottle is also so soft you can't grip it. Will not buy again unless you fix it. I can't believe no one has said this, so I guess your only posting positive reviews.

I've used it in hot and cold water which removed all traces of unwanted odors out of our clothes. It acts as a detergent booster and helped clean the fabrics removing built-up dirt, debris and odors. I only used 3 tbl for each load and the clothes came out softer and smelling wonderful! I'm definitely adding Downy rinse and refresh to my shopping list it has made a big difference in the outcome of our laundry which has been an issue even more so from my washer being in our damp musty basement I absolutely love this!!

I don't know what happened, but for a year we've used EVERY product on the store shelves to get the smell out and just couldn't get the smell out!! ONE WASH IN THIS STUFF.... GONE!! o.O Like, seriously, when this stuff hits the market I'm stocking up on it. You will never find anything like this no matter how much ya search b/c I've tried. Believe me! My husband's shirt smells like it just came off the shelf of the store and it's SO soft! You guys.. this stuff should be called Downy's Liquid Gold in a Bottle! Well done, Downy! Also, I've never given anything five stars.. but this...5/5 stars! I've waited for the smell to come back and I keep going back to smell it.. smells like a brand new shirt. Thank you, Downy for saving my hubby's favorite shirt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with the results of using downy rinse and refresh. I have a high end efficiency washer that leaves a musty odor on washed clothing. In an effort to get rid of this problem, I have purchased washing machine cleaners and add in crystals to boost more pleasant scent. These methods failed miserable with musty odor remaining. Downy rinse and refresh immediately removed the musty odor and left clothing feeling soft and odor free. The scent of the downy rinse and refresh cool cotton was very faint which I also found to my liking. I would highly recommend this product to those struggling to get rid of musty odors in their wash.

My wife and I recently started using this product after we noticed it on the shelves. Previously we had desired some sort of product to take out tough odors. It has taken tough odors out of the athletic clothing I personally wear. I’d highly recommend. It’s a great product

I have very sensitive skin and it didnt cause me to have any breakouts after sleeping in my bed after washing the sheets and blankets with it. It also leaves your clothes super soft feeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a nice set of towels but when they get wet they have musky odor. My machine is old and there is no dispenso I had to stalk the washing machine and try this. It cut down on the smell about 80% the first wash.
