I love this product. My clothes smell beyond wonderful. They feel so amazing too. My only problem is the bottle. Like many others I find the bottle awkward and it’s messy to pour. My hands are small and the bottle is definitely hard to hold. The hole is super large and makes a mess to pour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really love it. I’ve been using Downey for years it’s my go to fabric softener. It’s made my clothes smell really good it’s has a light clean scent. It’s got my husband‘s work clothes smelling good. It works really good on my towels they smell nice and clean. And they very soft. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent of this is awesome. I love it. It's so fresh and clean and it makes your clothes soft. It's easy to pour and it doesn't make a mess. I also like that it's clear and has no dyes in it. I would get it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Downy Rinse and Refresh smells amazing and left my husbands stinky work clothing smelling amazing. I’ve been searching for a product that would eliminate the oil scent in his work clothing and I have finally found it. I’ll definitely be repurchasing this product and recommending it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff is fantastic!! I have been having trouble getting odors out of my towels for a long time until I tried this in place of my usual fabric softener. It works wonderfully and leaves a fresh scent that I really like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Add to the fabric softener dispenser in your washer. Seems to take out and remove excess stuff in your clothes. Subtle cent but not much. Only takes a little bit per load. Would recommend to try on loads with extra cleanineedef

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love this stuff - makes the laundry feel so refreshing and clean. Notice this wash takes away odors and makes things smell really nice. I use this more with our dirtier laundry - pet stuff, towels, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would give this a try instead of my regular Downy fabric softener. I was disappointed. It doesn’t soften as well as my regular softener and it doesn’t smell. I love my towels to feel soft and smell fresh and clean, this doesn’t do it. I love Downy products but not this one. I would say try it if you don’t want that fabric softener smell. But as for me I will stick to my Downy fabric softener.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product on my grandmother's clothing. She has incontinence issues and this is the best product I have found to get rid of the odor and leave a wonderful scent. It is not overpowering and does not leave a residue on your clothing when it is dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary sample of Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton in exchange for my honest review. I love using this product! We have a very active lifestyle, and with dance, gymnastics and karate, we have a lot of clothing with odors. I simply place the rinse and refresh in my washers fabric softener compartment and I get fresh, deodorized clothes! I really enjoy the scent of this product, because it isn't heavy or overwhelming. I want my clothes to smell fresh and clean and not like perfume. I can't say enough great things about this rinse. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants their laundry to smell fresh and be free of residue from detergent. There is no dye or anything harsh in this product, so it's great for people who have sensitive skin, or for babies and kids too!
