[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I’ve been using the Downy Rinse and Refresh, I’ve noticed a big difference in the way my clothes smell. They’re super fresh after washing and drying. In addition the clothes also appear softer after using the rinse and refresh. Overall I’d definitely recommend!

This stuff is great. It provides a light softening - and is not a heavy, sticky liquid like the old days. The scent is present, but not overpowering. My only complaint - and it's significant - is the bottle and cap. There's no pour spout and no handle - why?!? That actually makes it a bit tough to work with.

My husband has always asked why the towels don’t smell clean right out of the dryer. This is a game changer! The scent makes you want to constantly smell your laundry. It is a fresh smell. Not too much but just enough. Downy removes odors and softens fabrics. So glad I was able to try this. Definitely recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Downy rinse and refresh was nice to use! The cool cotton scent smelled wonderful!!! It really does help take away odor. I tried it on my dogs blankets just to see how well it would work, and let me tell you how fresh they smelled!!! Very impressed and would recommend because it wasn't just the odor remover, but the blankets were very soft as well. Downy once again doesn't disappoint in product or scents! Can't wait to continue using this, next up is the kids clothes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often had a problem, especially with bath towels and bedding, where over time they would start to smell a little sour, no matter how often I ran them through the laundry. I would try cleaning my machines, thinking that was the culprit, but alas, no luck. The sour smell remained. When I got this, I was hoping for a miracle, because my towels were one wash away from being thrown into the trash. This liquid rinse promised to rid of build up from water and detergent caused by repeated washing. If this couldn’t do the job, nothing could. To be honest though, I didn’t have high hopes. But I’ll admit I was pleasantly surprised once my towels had been sufficiently washed with this rinse. Normally, after doing a load of towels, I wouldn’t be able to detect the sour smell until I dried off with one after a shower. I like to reuse a towel a few times before I chuck it into the laundry bin again. The entire time my towel was in use, I never got even a whiff of sour smell!! This stuff seems to have done the trick. Who knew that residue and build up could cause such a problem? I’m a believer in this stuff, and would absolutely recommend this to anyone facing the same problems as I have with the laundry. Sometimes things just need a reset, and I feel like that is exactly what this rinse has done for my laundry! Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and design of the bottle. Its nice being able to see how much is left. The bottle is easy to hold and pour. The smell is subtle and not overpowering. My laundry smells better added this to my detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how this works but it really does. My clothes come out smelling fresher with this than any fabric softener I have ever used. No softener or dryer sheets are needed in addition to this rinse. I could never get my towels smelling fresh no matter what I used. Fabric softener can't be used on towels or they don't absorb water properly. This CAN be used! It makes my towels smell amazingly clean and fresh. I don't think I can ever wash towels without it. I just add as much as I would of fabric softener directly to my fabric softener dispenser. It has a max fill line so I add to that. I honestly don't know exactly how much that is since I don't measure. I would say about a full capful. It's a very clean clothes type scent which is perfect. I am beyond pleased with this Downy rinse. It is definitely something I will keep using as long as it's available.
