It is not always easy to get urine smells out of clothing, bedding, etc, so I have been on the search for the perfect product. I use this in a Downy Ball on Deep Water Wash & Extra Rinse cycle and it is seriously the best! All of his freshly laundered items come out smelling perfect! I'm so happy to have found this!!

It works fantastic for what it's for, especially having an older model washer sometimes it just doesnt do its job thoroughly like it use to so having this to pour in during rinse cycle has helped alot with odors, making my laundry smell that much better. Good to use on many different fabrics. Ive personally found I enjoy using it on my towels best. Will definitely purchase in the future.

The scent is absolutely incredible and is actually strong enough that the fragrance lasts for awhile. My clothes not only smell super fresh and clean, but it makes them feel softer and helps with wrinkles. It literally takes away every bad odor, even sweat which is always hard for me to get out. The bottle is a good size and a little goes a long ways, I use a cap full. I will definitely be switching to this softener, it's my new favorite.

In two separate illustrations you guys show this being used with a sort of flip top lid but in another pouring out of the middle like it’s a squeeze type lid. Want to help me out and explain how I can used this bottle unless I just unscrew the cap which then is hard to control the pour, especially with a full bottle because my lid has no perforations.

This Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton is the bomb for clothes! What a great product that works great in getting rid of stubborn smells that just won’t go away. Completely different from a softener since this product is more in the watery side that the thick one, clothes feel soft and refresh without the heaviness of a softer, it also leaves clothes smelling amazing but in a very subtle way, actually really pleasant to the nose, they just smell clean and fresh which is great, this is the way clean clothes should smell after being washed. Very easy to use, just pour it in the softer dispenser or directly into the rinse cycle, in my case I found it easier to use it in the dispenser that way I just run the washer and I forget about it until is done. No perfumes or dyes, this means is very gentle with sensitive skin which I need these type of products in my house so is an extra good feature. The one thing that I will love for the company to improve is the mouth of the bottle, is a little too big for me, I feel like a smaller one will give me more control of how much I want to pour, sometimes I feel like I’m using more than needed, so I’m basically wasting product and I for sure do t want that. Overall this product performs amazingly good and I do recommend it, I mean who doesn’t like nice smelling clothes.

We just added it at the rinse cycle and it makes our clothes feel so much softer. I has a nice fresh cotton scent that makes the laundry smell amazing.

We use liquid laundry soap,fabric softener, etc. I saw this new product and I knew that I had to try it. It leaves my clothes clean, fresh,soft and smells amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no idea what this is actually supposed to do to the laundry, I've been using it as a fabric softener and it seems to work like one. I wish it was easier to measure how much you use and easier to put in the washing machine. It smells amazing and the smell stays for a while both in the clothes and in the house though, I just don't really understand the purpose of this.
