[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy Rinse and Refresh is quite different than other fabric softeners or conditioners. It's a clear liquid you add either to the rinse aid dispenser or directly to the wash during the rinse cycle. It seems to refresh in the sense that it eliminates build up on your clothes. That also keeps clothes softer. I am pleased with how well it works especially on towels and bedding. I recommend this product to keep your clothes smelling fresher longer and feeling really clean.

I would recommend this product to anybody because everybody washes their clothes and wants to smell good!

It makes my clothes look brighter and fresher..they even smell wonderful for about a week. I'm very impressed with downy and will definitely be switching my family to this softener full time. My clothes actually feel and look cleaner. It has a very pleasant and fresh smell and takes care of stubborn odors that can still linger after just using laundry detergent alone. It's extremely easy to use just add it to the fabric softener dispenser in your machine. I'm very happy with this product and highly recommend it!

My children have sensitive skin and this doesn’t bother them at all, which is a big plus. I like that the smell isn’t overpowering either! Definitely going to use this every time going forward.

I’ve always loved all Downy products, but this one may be my new favorite. It makes my clothes smell fresh and clean without leaving behind any residue like regular softener can do. And it smells fabulous!!

Just follow direction and it will work as intended it to be. It also leaves the laundry soft and fresh. I will try more scents from the same line as this one was not my personal favor. The bottle design it cool and the measuring cup is useful. I recommend it
