The top is a bit cumbersome at first - I was worried I was going to break the machine when closing it - but the force is needed to pierce the coffee pod. I love the milk frother, but it doesn’t always work on the first try. Overall, really pleased with the results this product provides! Being my own barista is awesome!

I purchased this machine a while ago because I wanted something compact and simple, and I'm not a heavy coffee drinker—I only use it about four times a month. For me, that’s perfect; I enjoy knowing I can make a good cup of coffee whenever I feel like it. The quality of coffee is great, no question about that. However, I’ve run into some issues with the machine, despite my limited use. Since it only has one button, it can be hard to diagnose problems when something goes wrong. For example, when a red light appears, I usually have to try several different solutions before I can figure out what’s wrong and fix it. This can be frustrating because it’s not always clear what the issue is. Even though there’s an app, it doesn’t give specific troubleshooting guidance, which I think would be very helpful, especially for a one-button machine like this. I have seen reviews mentioning that the machine is loud, and it definitely is, but for me, the quality of the coffee makes up for that. Overall, I’d still recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something small and stylish that consistenly delivers great coffee. But for anyone considering it, just know that if it stops working, you may have to go through a bit of trial and error to get it running again. I really hope Nespresso considers enhancing the app to provide clearer guidance on what each error light means in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Vertuo Pop+ about a month ago, it came with a whole box of samples which is ideal since it’s my first Nespresso machine. The Vertuo is small on counter space, which is a plus. I do run it clean once to twice a week and brews great tasting coffee/espressos every time. My next purchase should be a frother.

I got the Nespresso vertuo-pop and it was easy to use. Makes coffee in a jiff and the best part of it was the coffee flavors. Would recommend!

It will a simple small serving one that did mostly espresso I think. Yet we adored it. All adults couldn't wait to wake the next morning and enjoy a nespresso before heading out on our adventures to museums and history. Once we returned, I knew I needed one of my own and starting researching the best fit for me. The Verturo Pop Plus was perfect. I used it daily for a week, and then ordered 2 more for my adult children as Christmas gifts. Now we are all hooked. Thank you for the best coffee experience, and the memories of our trip too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From what i understand the pod is spun, like centrifugal. This machine will do iced coffee/ espresso or hot coffee espresso. The Nespresso brand is a very strong coffee, reminds me of Illy quality, not the popular k brand that you can barely taste. Machine is super easy to use, only a few functions. I am so happy with it.
