Received as a gift from my daughter so I am forced to use it. I still have my Mocha Master which makes super-hot, enjoyable coffee. The Nespresso only makes slightly hot cup coffee which forces me to drink the coffee quickly before it cools off. No chance to enjoy the coffee. My wife adds milk so she must microwave the coffee to get it hot. I did write a review but never heard back. What is the temperature of the coffee coming out of the Nespresso supposed to be?

That machine was my savior while staying at hotel shelter. It began to fail, even though I cleaned it and tried reprogramming ( many times). I use a big mug and a couple months back I wanted a big drink with two pods, so I experimented and combined the two. I’ve been in heaven ever since. You need to recommend some other combinations on your website.

This machine makes delicious espresso in under a few minutes and looks beautiful on my counter without sacrificing much counter space. It was easy to set up and I was brewing my first cup within 10 minutes of opening the box. I was sent a variety box to try, and my husband loved trying all the espressos and I loved having an iced option after a workout. I appreciate the pods are recyclable and can be sent to the company for easy disposal. I recommend this machine to anyone who appreciates a good espresso and doesn’t want to spend time/money at a coffee shop.

Received this as a gift and I am very disappointed. It only works when it wants to. I have to open and close the lid over and over again and it may or may not work. Tried changing pods which didn't help. The majority of the time I just resort to making a cup of instant coffee. No one needs this kind of frustration first thing in the morning!

I got a frother too and the wife loves it. If you like small Italian style cappuccino type coffees this machine will turn those out.

I absolutely love my verto+pop but I was alarmed with how loud it is when you start it up. I thought it would be less loud when it poured but it still remained. My keuirg is definitely less noisy but I still prefer Nespresso. It does heat up really fast which I love that. And I like how you can link your machine to the app to keep up with cleanings. Also love how less counter space it takes. It would be 5 star if it wasn’t for how loud it is.

Although it is louder than a keurig it brews strong, creamy and delicious coffees. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone. It's compact, visually appealing and brews nice and slow making the best iced coffees that aren't watered down.
