This is the best coffee machine I've ever had. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and quick! You get perfect espresso shots without all of the extra steps. I love the convenience of this machine and the flavor variety that Nespresso offers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Vertuo Pop in licorice black is sleek, compact and efficient. Coffee comes out w a nice head of foam and is delicious. I wish it were hotter, but 15 seconds in the microwave fixes that.

leaving 1 star just like the other guy as warning. don't buy if you're relying on the $40 voucher. If its not in the box you're out of luck. Sam's Customer support said its Nespressos fault. Nespresso is just giving me the run around.
