It's actually a great little coffee maker. However, the pods are hard to find and ridiculously expensive. You can't go to Sam's and buy them in bulk. I went back to my Keurig - it's not as good, but I can afford to use it.

Machine defective since day one. Completed all troubleshooting, resets, and cleaning as instructed. Nespresso support was unhelpful and unwilling to replace a machine that is less than a month old. Very disappointing experience for a premium brand.
