We can only imagine how disappointing it is when you’re not able to brew your favorite Nespresso blends, and we apologize for any inconvenience. It is normal for all Nespresso machines to make some noise during operation. Please keep in mind the following factors that may be contributing to the noise: • New machines with brand new pumps will produce less noise over time. • If operating without water in the tank, the pump will be louder. • A capsule in the capsule chamber will dampen the noise of the pump. • The machine should be stable, with four rubber feet on the bottom. If any rubber feet are missing, it may cause an abnormal vibration. • The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop.
