[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a Nespresso Machine for Mother's Day years ago, and it's honestly the best gift I've ever received. So...now that the kids have moved out and are missing the coffee at home, we've bought each of them a Vertuo Pop Plus for Christmas. They're going to love it!

No opinion yet on the actual machine, but a caution on the deal. The ads and the package say there is a $40 coffee voucher included. There was no such thing in my box. Called Nespresso and they said they needed a code to honor a voucher so nothing they could do. Also said they thought that promotion with Sam's ended 12/31/25, despite Sam's still advertising it and the printing on the box. The AI assistant at Sam's said my only remedy is return/replacement and I couldn't figure out a way to get a human. The machine looks great but gave to decide on the hassle of returning or eating the promised $40.

The pink is so me and it's very simple to use as someone that's newer to making coffee! My first ever coffee machine! Never thought I'd see the day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great value for the price. It's a little louder and clunkier to operate than the more expensive Nespresso machines, but the coffee it produces is just as excellent, and the compact form factor is also a plus.

Every other time I make my coffee, the red light comes on. I tried cleaning it, changing the water... I have to unplug, replug, every time it does this. Now one of he sections that grabs the pods broke so I manually take the old pod out. I've had the machine for 2 months. I love the coffee but this machine is awful.

The reason I gave it four stars, rather than five is because it needs to be refilled and emptied more often. It would be perfect for a family of one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Vertuo Nespresso machine! I hope the pistachio flavored pods come back. It was my absolute favorite and I'm so sad that it is a seasonal and limited additional flavor. This would be a wonderful permanent flavor.

The machine does great at being very quick and convenient. It’s very easy to set up and learn to use. If you want quick coffee and espresso or are just getting into espresso, this is worth the investment. You are limited in the pods that Nespresso sells for flavors as well as size which can add up long run. Overall, if you want a pod version of just pop and go easy espresso this is the machine for you.
