Works great. Ice making is very poor
Ice maker sucks! Replaced ice maker and freezer fan. Still poor quantity of ice even in Ice Plus mode.

Ice making very poor quantities. Only enough for 1 or 2 people.

Defective freezer
Freezer doesn't close seal tight resulting in condensation ice everywhere. I am hoping that this is just a defective unit.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG refrigerator is awesome! It has a large capacity and is very sleek looking. It was delivered quickly and packaged efficiently. It is sturdy and way too good for our garage but that's where it lives. This fridge is definitely good enough for anyone's kitchen. Kind of feel guilty hiding it away in the garage. I would definitely recommend this fridge to anyone. The ThinQ app is easy to operate and very user friendly. The Smooth Touch ice and water dispenser are so nice and not as loud as others I've used. I can only give it the highest ratings. The Spaceplus ice system leaves us plenty of room in the freezer as you can see by the pictures. The flat panel door design definitely gives this appliance a sleek look and I would say this is a very functional fridge for everyday use. The last thing I can comment on is the PrintProof stainless steel finish. It is a beautiful finish and over it's a beautiful fridge.

So Spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our back up fridge in the garage. We frequently host events and always need the extra space. The Freezer is about what is to be expected in a side by side, but the fridge is just so spacious. We are never looking for more room and the bright light and glass shelves make it very easy to see what it contains. The small gripe I have is that I would prefer more shelves on the door - though the 3 provided are very tall allowing bottles to be stored in them. The ice maker works fairly quickly and I love how you can see the contents through the clear plastic, makes it easy to determine if there is sufficient ice for an event. I am not so tech savvy, but my husband loves the connectivity of the Fridge and the ability to integrate it into our home automation system. Overall, I highly recommend this fridge.

Very spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with my purchase of this LG refrigerator! It has very spacious shelves and drawers. I love that I can move the door shelves to different heights and I can even remove them and use the boxes to store things on the inside shelves. This comes with a beeping sound that sounds when the fridge door is left open too long. It’s annoying at times but it does remind me to close it! The water and ice dispenser are very convenient. It’s the perfect size! The slick metallic silver look is just an added bonus.

Spacious and works well for our unique needs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a second refrigerator in our garage that was slowly falling apart. We bought this LG model to replace it. It is great for our needs. The refrigerator has a ton of space and the glass shelves in the fridge and freezer make it super easy to load it up. One of my concerns with a garage fridge in the winter is always the concern that food would freeze in the refrigerator, and that theybwould begin to defrost in the freezer (since the unit would not cycle on - we have had this in the past). So far absolutely no problem, both the fridge and the freezer are maintaining their expected temperatures. Overall amazing product. Would love some more features in the app to really make it useful, but that is a minor annoyance that could always be fixed in the future.
