My family loves watching the television in the living room. The size is perfect for my living area and pairs well with my 70 inch television. The remote works on an app which was a little tricky to pair but once paired with the television you use your regular remote to change the volume and you can always switch it out if you need too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this set up! I had an old Samsung surround sound bar system, and upgraded to this new Vizio. I have the soundbar placed on mantel under a wall mounted TV with the subwoofer on the floor to the right, and both surrounds on side tables by couches. The sound quality is great and I love the ability to switch modes or customize the EQ settings in the Vizio app. I do wish it came with a direct remote, but otherwise love it. Easy set up!

We got this system with the Vizio doorbuster deal. We set up the TV, great. But when it came to this soundsystem, we tried for 2-3 hours getting the soundbar and subwoofer to connect. IT NEVER DID! That left us only able to use the soundbar, which sounds muffled and not better than the full sound coming from the T.V. There is no physical remote and everything has to be done through the app. We've troubleshot it multiple times with no success. We will contact VIZIO soon and if that doesn't work, back to the store. Really unfortunate.

Setup was simple, and the wireless subwoofer adds deep, rich bass that makes movies and music come alive. Dialogue comes through clearly, and the rear speakers give a real theater-like feel without taking up too much space. The only minor downside is that the rear speakers still need some wiring, but that's a small trade-off for the sound quality you get.

It was very easy to connect to my TV and I have an older model TV as well. I wouldn't consider this sound system portable as there are multiple pieces/speakers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleasantly surprised how much I adore the Vizio 5.1 Bluetooth speaker surround sound system. It covers my entire garage with heart-thumping sound and makes watching movies and listening to music much more fun! It was easy to set up and connected to Bluetooth with ease. I didn't have any issues with compatibility with WiFi or any other locations as far as technology goes. For the retail price, this system is a steal.

Could not get R. channel speaker to hook up with the Bluetooth. Vizio support(3X) made it worse wanting me to connect wires to a wireless Bluetooth speaker how stupid... Very bad customer service on vizios end. Ended up returning to Sam's for a refund.

I love the addition of the surround sound speaker on this unit. Still trying to figure out what room to set it up in but I tried it out and the sound is great! I love being able to adjust the EQ from my phone instead of a remote! I'm excited to watch my favorite movies and jam out to my playlists for many years to come!

They said it would be great and last a lifetime and so far I agree as I am so impressed!! The sound of just a TV is ok, but with this soundbar, speakers for surround sound, and the subwoofer, it sounds like I am in the theaters with sound coming from all angles right in my living room. I can even feel the quality of the speakers when setting them up - they feel extremely well built and like they WILL last a lifetime. Setting them up was also very easy and took less than 10 minutes. The soundbar has a sleek design that blends right in under the TV screen. The controls are easy to use and all on one side. I am so glad I got to review these items and I am now a big fan of Vizio! 10/10
