My first surround sound setup I've ever bought and I'd say this thing here is absolutely AMAZING! I still have to fine tune to my own liking but I'd say still pretty cool overall. The only downside I'd say would be the cords. I feel like there's a lot of cords if it could be completely wireless that would be a game changer but it's okay I still love the product

A huge improvement in sound. I didn't realize how awful the Vizio TV sound really was until I attached these on my tv. Easy to set up and attach. And I love the Vizio app to control the sound adjustments. Well worth the money.

The remote is also nice and easy to use as well. We love watching movies with our soundbar on ! It makes it sound like a movie theater!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound from TV is a great improvement! However I think the instructions should be more detailed. ie: does the bar suppose to stay on after tv is turned off? Otherwise for the prices a great addition to home setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) Sound is good, but not as good as their wired to sub system and very difficult to reconnect once signal is lost (like electrical outage). 2) I bought 2 systems and because they are factory named the same, they try to connect to one another. You can change the name via the app, but good luck because you can’t use special character even though the original uses them ( took time to figure that’s out) 3) the Setup for the system is missing in the app (page missing) 4) no remote - you must use the app! So marry your phone because it MUST be at your side.

While the sound is pretty good, I have not been able to get it connected to the Vizio app and had to buy a remote which has very limited functionality. My wife purchased this over another brand which I am seriously considering returning this and purchasing the other brand.

Sounds fine but it's extremely annoying to use. It didn't even come with a remote, you have to use Vizio's stupid app. Dear Vizeo not a single person on the planet wants to use your app just give us a remote like a regular company who knows how human beings work.

Great sound while it was working, deep bass, clear sound, good surround. THE BAD: I'm only 6 months in using it, and now my surround speakers or subwoofer won't pair with the soundbar. After troubleshooting with customer support, they said they (Vizio) would send me a link to file my warranty claim, NO SMS, I went to their website directly, tried to submit three times, every single time the website would crash when submitting my claim info.

I'm going to first mention that this review is NOT part of a paid promotion and is my own opinion after owning this setup for about a year. It is hands-down the worst soundbar we have ever owned. The app is absolutely atrocious and we have to use it because the subwoofer keeps disconnecting. The sound quality is so poor that it doesn't matter what soundfield and/or settings you use it just doesn't make a difference. I would have returned it but we were past our 90 day return window before we discovered all these issues. Skip this and instead use this amount of money toward a very decent legit surround sound processor and speaker.
