A huge improvement in sound. I didn’t realize how awful the Vizio TV sound really was until I attached these on my tv. Easy to set up and attach. And I love the Vizio app to control the sound adjustments. Well worth the money.

Love this soundbar. I bought it for the wireless subwoofer and wireless rear speakers. Can’t beat the price. Amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was thrilled to get to try this sound bar. It was pretty straightforward setup. Just plugged everything in & connected to the tv. You can also download the app to control the specific settings that you want for your sound. Love that it has the surround sound speakers as well. The sound is great. It definitely gives a different experience to watching tv.

Great sound while it was working, deep bass, clear sound, good surround. THE BAD: I'm only 6 months in using it, and now my surround speakers or subwoofer won't pair with the soundbar. After troubleshooting with customer support, they said they (Vizio) would send me a link to file my warranty claim, NO SMS, I went to their website directly, tried to submit three times, every single time the website would crash when submitting my claim info.

We got this system with the Vizio doorbuster deal. We set up the TV, great. But when it came to this soundsystem, we tried for 2-3 hours getting the soundbar and subwoofer to connect. IT NEVER DID! That left us only able to use the soundbar, which sounds muffled and not better than the full sound coming from the T.V. There is no physical remote and everything has to be done through the app. We’ve troubleshot it multiple times with no success. We will contact VIZIO soon and if that doesn’t work, back to the store. Really unfortunate.

Somewhere in this product that I bought is a surround sound system that I am sure will make watching movies more enjoyable. As of now, I cannot get the left and right speakers to work. It was difficult to figure out the HDMI cable and where to plug in on my TV. Bluetooth connection was not a problem. But I find it really frustrating that there aren't clear instructions somewhere from VIZIO to help me troubleshoot.

Returned it. Didn’t sync and customer service was useless

It came broken, and i bought it out the store. By the time we figured out the subwoofer was broken- the box had been thrown away.

Could not get R. channel speaker to hook up with the Bluetooth. Vizio support(3X) made it worse wanting me to connect wires to a wireless Bluetooth speaker how stupid... Very bad customer service on vizios end. Ended up returning to Sam's for a refund.
